Today, he leads Mary Mack’s, a company with 45 employees and over 200,000 square feet of operations, built from those humble beginnings.

Hawaiian Shaved Ice® is now in Walmart stores nationwide, while Scoot® Frozen Lemonade launched in Target at the same time.
